Good to know
Transport A transport fee applies to all Ilum Kids services and is calculated based on the distance between your location and the assigned team member. The fee covers the round trip and will always be clearly included in your quote before booking.
Payment Monthly memberships are charged on the first day of each month to secure your child's place.
Cancellations Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. With less than 48 hours' notice, the lesson cannot be guaranteed and is non-refundable.
